Rates are based on a minimum 2-night stay and include Waipiata's gourmet breakfasts of fresh seasonal local produce and produce from Waipiata's organic gardens and after dinner sweet tasters on your return to Waipiata in the evening. In-house dinners need to be arranged at the time of booking so we can arrange for our chef to come in. Please note: There is no guest kitchen and Waipiata does not offer self catering options. We accept the following credit cards Policies Check-in and Check-out Check-in 3pm and check out 11am. These times are flexible, subject to room availability, wherever possible to fit in with flight and travel schedules. Children Waipiata is not suitable for children under the age of 16 years. Pets For the benefit of other guests, guests cannot bring their pets to Waipiata. Non-smoking Policy For the benefit of all our guests, smoking is not permitted at Waipiata. Cancellations received with less than thirty days notice are subject to 25% charge of the total accommodation price, cancellations received with less than fourteen days are subject to 50% charge of the total accommodation price, cancellations received with less than seven days notice are subject to100% charge of the total accommodation price as well as 75% of any in-house dinner reservations. Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the suite in the event of a cancellation and, if successful a 75% refund will be made. We strongly recommend guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
