It is 15 minutes to the cafes and galleries of Warkworth our riverside village and the vineyards of Matakana.  For the golfer there are many top quality courses within an easy drive including the classy Robert Trent Jones designed Gulf Harbour Country Club. Kauri Cliffs is just 3 ½ hours by car or a short helicopter flight.
